This page tracks the engagement from agreement to a system proven by measurement. Completion is computed, not estimated: each stage is a set of defined tasks, each stage carries a declared weight toward the whole, and the overall figure is their weighted sum. It updates as work is recorded.
تتابع هذه الصفحة العمل من الاتفاق إلى منظومة مثبتة بالقياس. ونسبة الإنجاز محسوبة لا مقدّرة: كل مرحلة مجموعة مهام محددة، ولكل مرحلة وزن معلن من الكل، والرقم الإجمالي هو جمعها الموزون. وتتحدث الصفحة كلما سُجّل عمل.
Scope and fee agreed with the committee: a symbolic fee for the full engagement, paid in two parts — on commencement and on completion.

Everything computable from the verified drawings was completed in advance: timing design for every column position, microphone stability analysis, unit counts, and the predictions sealed before measurement so the measurement judges them.
أُنجز مسبقاً كل ما يمكن حسابه من المخططات المتحقَّق منها: تصميم التوقيت لكل موضع عمود، وتحليل استقرار الميكروفونات، وأعداد الوحدات، وخُتمت التنبؤات قبل القياس ليكون القياس حكماً عليها.
The visit took place on 3 September 2026: reverberation measured at seventeen positions, forty-one recordings. The geometry was closed by the survey of 24 September. A full inventory of the existing system remains outstanding.

Every published figure converts from an estimate to a documented measurement, and the design model is calibrated against reality.

A priced bill of quantities tendered to more than one supplier. The office sells nothing and takes no percentage.
جدول كميات مسعّر يُطرح على أكثر من مورّد. لا يبيع المكتب شيئاً ولا يأخذ أي نسبة.
Checkpoint supervision at the stages where an error would be costly to reverse, within the agreed fee. The percentage shown reflects only that this scope is confirmed and priced — no site work has begun, and none can before the measurement.
إشراف على محطات محددة حيث يصعب تدارك الخطأ لاحقاً، ضمن الأتعاب المتفق عليها. والنسبة الظاهرة لا تعني بدء العمل في الموقع، بل تعني أن هذا النطاق مؤكَّد ومُسعَّر فقط؛ ولا يبدأ التنفيذ قبل القياس.
After tuning, an acceptance measurement against the published criteria — pass or fail, then the final report.
